Byrdi

With "Byrjing" ("Beginning"), BYRDI grow to an established force within the Nordic folk genre. The Norwegians recorded their third album with guests including percussionist Kjell Braaten (WARDRUNA live) and Mathias Gyllengahm (UTMARKEN) on keyed fiddle. "Byrjing" shows BYRDI in an intimate way and while their music may be labelled as "Nordic folk", the Norwegians foremost sound like themselves.
