G.O.Y.A. is an artist residing in Salt Lake UT. Taking his name from the Spanish artist, his influences are in many ways the same. Multiple styles, multiple mediums all being expressed in enlightned 'free' societies.
Thomas Kessinger is the main creative influence behind G.O.Y.A. although collaborators are plentiful.
