Moon Orchids
Moon Orchids were formed in 2021 by songwriter Jacob T. Simons and friends. Originally active in the Michigan DIY scene, Moon Orchids released a pair of acclaimed records—2023's SKIN/SKEIN and 2025's MOON ORCHIDS—before disbanding. Their sound has been described variously as folk rock, indie rock, and alternative country.
