Pianist and composer Joseph D. E. Phillips (Richmond, Indiana) has once again teamed up with guitarist and bassist Daniel Rickards (Patterns in the Sand, East Sussex, UK) to produce some of the best post-rock of their career. The 2025 self -titled album is a definitive statement of the sound and direction of post-rock project, Tethered Hands. It is darker and heavier than previous releases.
