Vivid is this slow-paced, sequential theater of haunted rhythms and stagnating feelings. The bitter dusk of romanticism, delving into idealistic delusion conjured by a fading voice of bleak sensuality, icy yet vaporous ambient sounds. A painful recollection of shapeless events that takes a curious new magnetic form, as if the specters detached enough, as if they were purged from their own personas in order to be the true actors of the theater ; and that haunting voice to infuse them with a frozen, alluring touch. A floating theater of disembodiment, sensitive abstraction, that elevates into ethereal heights (Vivid) as well as voluptuous, creeping grounds (Eyes). A theater of the disincarnate, that paradoxally never really cut itself from his mythic roots (Allurement), Vivid becomes the temple of convergence of the fading and the faded, the ideal and the fabled, the rage and the mystery.
