Have you ever apologised for something that wasn't your fault? Sometimes you say sorry as a reflex, what else could you possibly say instead? Sometimes the thing you're apologising for, is you. I'm sorry I'm like this, I'm sorry I can't just be normal like everyone else.

But actually, you don't have anything to be sorry for. We can't control the way we come into this world and the baggage we carry with us. We can't change who we are or how we love.

Maybe the world owes you an apology instead.

Maybe it's time to stop saying Sorry.
