Impromptu #12 by Allen Rickel

The basic idea for this piece popped into my head shortly after leaving an office where I had gone to have some legal documents notarized. The finality that this process represented was very personal and deeply saddening to me. So, I suppose that Impromptu #12, which was completed on Sunday, January 17th, 2021, is an expression of that sadness.
