Assaulted... by Baturies Thoth

I was assaulted on 06/28/09 in Columbus, Ohio on the corner of Summit and 15th while driving my car by an individual with a water balloon. I was hit point blank through my driver side window with the balloon causing me to careen off of the road. No prolonged damage was done to property or persons. The individual was never caught.
