It's been over a year now since we last traveled. Who knows when it will be possible again, but surely if we cannot travel for real, we can dream...
Jump on a magic carpet ride into the dreamed world of 1001 Nights:

Follow Scheherazade and listen to the desert wind, songs and music from legendary places. Imagine yourself drifting into a dreamscape of infinite sand dunes, night skies studded with stars, hidden oasis and castles, secret windows and doors with fractal ornaments...
It is not a realistic journey but rather a symbolic and abstract experience, a succession of non figurative moving images, colors, music and sounds, emotions and sensations. This immersive experience recalls our collective unconscious of the « Thousand and One Nights », bringing to the world the message that it should never stagnate, giving us the great lesson of tolerance and mixed cultures. We are in the « timeless time » of a dream that lasts for 1001 nights.
This production is a collaboration of Jean-Claude Heudin and Visual Artist Anabela Costa. The music was composed by Jean-Claude Heudin with ANGELIA and performed on a Modular Synthesizer. The video is an immersive 4K Spherical film that surrounds the viewer with a complete sphere of moving images (links in the booklet).
