'FaceTime' is the new album by Theodore Cale Schafer, a conceptual work based on personal recordings of conversations he had through Apple's FaceTime during the early stages of a (cyber) relationship.
This release is accompanied by 'FaceTime: Intimacy After the Fact', an essay written by Sandra Moyano Ariza that digs deeper into the recordings by exploring the relationship between intimacy and technology, divided into five sections in the text: Affect, Intimacy, Technology, Permeation, and Accumulation.
