This album was inspired by studying coaching and neuroplasticity to reprogram the brain and change mindset. Exploring the creative limits of my mind in order to create something new, whether a story for a song or the narrative of self. Each song is its own flight of fiction. Buckle up for the ride!

The thematic journey is one through alienation, internal battle, death, and mystery, to hope and transformation.

On this album we barely touched the vocals. On my last album "Honey" we labored and edited for years, literally, to make every phrase perfect (which you can probably hear). On this album I just wanted to be more vulnerable and share who I really am.
