Mood Portals by Asher Fulero

From 2018-2019 the YouTube Audio Library commissioned 30 more soundtrack pieces from me (the 40 I made in 2017 comprised my ‘Four Healers Vol 1-4’ albums).

These new pieces were intended to more directly spotlight my piano playing, and I enjoyed the challenge; some were piano in duet with another layer but most were solo piano pieces.

This album collects the non-solo piano works from these commissions, including pieces based around acoustic and electric pianos combined with all sorts of things from Gamelan and Handpan to synth layers and ambience. There is also an all-Gamelan piece which served as the intro music for my live-streaming series, The Isolation Booth.

The solo piano works from these sessions can be found on the companion albums ‘Channeled Visions 1 & 2’.
