DEFACED from ALPHABETA by BABEL

This is easily my favourite melody line from the album. Not only is it beautiful in its own right, it fits so well conceptually with the meaning of the word. It just sounds like loneliness; a soul that’s been abandoned, defaced in the heart. Like spocking a $5 bill.
