New Album 'Whispers' by Bayley & Hunt is now available as a digital album.
'Whispers' is a highly original album and draws on diverse influences including Classical and World music, Rock & Pop, Progressive Rock, Psychedelic and New Age music. It features driving rock, african and latin inspired poly-rhythms, gentle atmospheric ballads and transcendental sections of music suitable for gentle meditation.
`Whispers` ist ein sehr originalles Album und basiert auf verschiedenen Einflüssen, darunter klassische Musik und Welmusik, Rock und Pop, Progressiver rock, Psychedelic und New Age Musik. Es bietet knallharten Rock, afrikanische und lateinamerikanische Poly-Rhythmen, sanfte atmosphärische Balladen und transzendentale Musikabschnitte, die für sanfte Meditation geeignet sind.

Clive Bayley and Max Hunt have collaborated together to produce an album of highly original songs drawing on their combined experience with a dazzling variety of musical cultures/genres. 'Whispers' draws on diverse influences of classic and modern rock & pop, progressive rock and world music.
Clive Bayley is a founder member of the London based 60s pre-Yes band Mabel Greer's Toyshop. Clive founded the band with Bob Hagger in 1966 and, following a period of extreme creativity, MGT became Yes in 1968. Clive co-wrote the songs 'Beyond & Before' and 'Sweetness' which featured on the first Yes Album in 1969
Max Hunt was born in 1966 (the year that Mabel Greer's Toyshop was founded!). Max learned classical piano from an early age and became a professional keyboard player at the age of 15. In 2001 Max joined Yes tribute band Fragile and toured the UK and Europe, including shows with Steve Howe & Alan White of Yes. Max has also worked with Jon Anderson, ex-Marillion singer Fish, Mick Jagger's brother Chris Jagger, well known children's TV presenter Johnny Ball, ex-Manfred Mann Earth Band singer/guitarist Chris Thompson, ex-Peter Maffay Guitarist Frank Diez, original Spencer Davies Group drummer Pete York and German rock-guitar maestro Siggi Schwarz.
Max was introduced to Bob & Clive in 2015 by Yes biographer Dave Watkinson, as MGT had reformed and were looking for a keyboard player. Max joined the band and played keyboards on and co-produced the second MGT album, The Secret.
Clive and Max have been working together on this new collaboration since 2018. Jürgen Link, who is the drummer in other projects with Max and German band Forgotten Sons, joined the project on Drums in 2019 and adds his power and virtuosity to the album.
Bayley & Hunt now present this labour of love as a digital album for download/streaming.
