On August 15, 2023, Noise Engineering announced they were retiring the Basimilus Iteritas Alter, a eurorack module that I used extensively on BOOM. In honor of the legacy of this machine, and the end of life chip that powered it, XMOS is a demonstration of its raw and destructive energy . All sounds were generated on the BIA.
