Formations (bc085) by Dark Fidelity Hi Fi

2024 on Bricolage, so far, has seen us introduce a trio of new artists to the label but for our next release we welcome back one of our stalwarts in Dark Fidelity Hi Fi.

Fresh off a 2023 album on the phenomenal Waxing Crescent imprint, DFHF, returns to Bricolage for his first release with us since 2021’s “Migration of the Meaning" and his sixth release overall on Bricolage.

The Manchester producer is known for his pristine and precise productions that always have an emphasis on lush textures and tones.

His latest offering, “Formations", brings with it those signature DFHF sound palettes full of luminous melodies, widescreen soundscapes and springy rhythms. Striking the perfect balance of man and machine with intricate percussive tones that intertwine with weightless atmospherics.

At times euphoric and at times downtempo but always organic and immersive.

"Formations" is another high watermark in the vibrant audio adventures of Richard Jones.
