Homo-SunRapiens by Buddy Sativa

This project started back in 2014, where most of the actual tracks were produced in their instrumental versions. Unfortunately i kind of miss some extra motivation to put it all together besides optimizing the mix of 40 tracks by that time.
So after 8 years of sleeping in my computer, until this summer 2022, where i got vested with a refreshed state of mind to achieve the work. Not only did i spend more time to make the mixes decent regarding some of the harsh sounding samples i used, but i also made a real effort to spread Sun Ra's words of wisdom throughout the album, diggin all over youtube and other sources to bring and elevate the project to a new dimension where Sun Ra's Philosophy infuses beyond the music itself.

This album is to be considered as a tribute, a testimony of my love for the man, the Myth, the philosophy and the band.
Its purpose is to be largely and freely shared for the sake of Sun Ra as a very special spiritual being and all the good his legacy represents to me and a lot of folks out there!
In this respect, i named all the tracks after their original names and you can find the references of the albums i sampled in the description of each individual track.
Hoping you'll enjoy the trip which might be initiatory for some, and j nice way to dive into His musical world , in a hip-hop frame.
