I wanted some of the tracks to be really stripped back, to let the notes linger. Here I let my guitar speak for itself! Recordings of sources has always been important. Here I recorded a glass washer in a golf club bar I was working in at the time, I think I am jangling coins from the till..?? These moments are like a diary of that particular moment in time.
Having studied experimental sound art in the early 90's, I started to produce alternative rock, ambient, dance and electronica music some years ago.
I now release music that is off-the-beaten track; incorporating all manner of instruments from guitar, bass, vocals and drums; to synth's, samples and environmental sounds with the occassional post-rock guitar ambient/electronica styles.
