archangel by caleb condit
Late night ambient sessions happen a lot. This one is centered around controlling my modular synth with the Detachment 3 archangel and the sound sculpting prowess of the STG mankato and SSL Seguencer to take a single channel, one take improvisation to the next level. There is a bit of looping and delay but everything else is 100% modular and happening in real time.
a big shout out to Suit & Tie Guy, Joe Grisso, Doug Slocum and Roger Arrick for making the tools that make this work possible and consistently inspiring new work and satisfying my need for the highest quality instruments, and of course to my muse Rebecca Norden who's always running around the world but somehow finds a way to make me feel constant love.
