Formed in 2015, Calvario are a mix of Blackned hardcore, crust and sludge with a female voice. They released their first EP in December 2016. Recorded at Vacuum Studio in Bologna by Enrico Baraldi from the band Ornaments and mastered by James Plotkin, well known for his work with band such as Isis, Saint Vitus, Botch and Sunn O)).
Media praised the gloomy, obsessive and rabid sound of the band.
