This 3rd album from Cara Jones was recorded in Philadelphia in 1999 and released in 2000 by Warner Music Japan. It opens with "Spit it Out", a song featured in Dawson's Creek, and then progresses through a quirky journey of layered vocals and pop and acoustic stylings, before wrapping up the odyssey with "Settle For Love", a Sarah McLachlan-meets-Massive Attack inspired admonishment not to settle when it comes to what is most important in life.
