Night Blindness by Chantal Michelle

‘Night Blindness’ was inspired by a series of near-death experiences that caused Chantal to spend prolonged periods of time in a transitory space that is somewhat akin to lucid dreaming. Day and night dissolve, time becomes transparent, forms transpose and then cease to be recognizable. To open one’s eyes to darkness is to look only inwards.

Her first solo work since the 2019 collaborative album ‘AUNIS’ with Brian Allen Simon (who also contributes sax throughout this release), ‘Night Blindness’ will be released on limited edition cassette as well as digitally on all platforms December 3rd.
