Junkyard Resurrection by Colourwheel
'Junkyard' is the debut CD EP by 'Colourwheel'. The disk features seven tunes plus eight bonus tracks. If you like jingle jangle, nineties guitar pop, indie rock, shoegazer pop and melodic grunge then you will probably like it.
'Junkyard' was initially released in 1994. Dead Letter Records (Australia) released a resurrected version of the EP in early 2014. The new version includes seven bonus tracks recorded live in the rehearsal room in 1992 and an eighth track recorded live in the rehearsal room in 1993.

Colourwheel are an indie guitar, power pop band formed in Adelaide, Australia in 1991. They released 'Junkyard' in 1994, '4 Speed Overdrive' in 1997, 'Sub-sonic Afterglow in 2006' and 'Transmission Breakdown' in 2012. The band played regularly in the nineties with highlights being the The Big Day Out and supports for Ed Kuepper and The Stone Roses. They still play gigs on rare occassions.
