The body is a musician, a storyteller, it has messages for us, and this body-ness helps lead us to our Intuitive Voice.
What’s this noise?
The IV (Intuitive Voice, loves) is an expression of visceral understanding. At any moment the IV may spark through speaking, humming, singing, moving the body, visualizing, writing, painting, not doing anything in particular—our practice is to listen with keen attention to the wisdom the IV freely offers.
On this recording:
Using my singing voice, I created a real time soundtrack to my thoughts, feelings and emotions, so I could access a diverse perspective and allow the expression of my Intuitive Voice to surface in all its damn-ass glory.
My intention with the practice of Intuitive Voicing is to create harmony within so that collaborating with the world is as pleasurable and exciting as can be.
May you taste repetitive liberation on this adventure and get real cozy with your sublime Intuitive Voice.
