New Directions by Cregan Black
The tracks that make up "New Directions" were recorded in the mid 1990's and edited, mastered and compiled summer 2022.
All recordings have been sourced from approximately 25 year old cassette tapes. All imperfections have been enthusiastically embraced and in some cases enhanced.
Tim Carlisle is almost certainly playing on some of this but what he's playing and where he's playing it is information that is lost in the mists of time.
Photography inspired by Bert Hardy(1913-1995) and his 1955 photo of the Alhambra Theatre Belfast.
A companion album "Musick for Dreams" will be released soon.
