Chestplate EP by J Beatz

Off the back off J Beatz's joint single 'Serato' with Scope and Capo Lee he's back with his new solo release 'Chestplate EP' on his own imprint Crown Jules.

Chestplate EP is 5 tracks strong and has something for everybody from the ravers, the DJ's and the mc's.

The EP starts off with the title track which has a oriental feel in the intro, than drops into a skippy grime instrumental with Sublow bass tones which will rattle those speakers in the club!

Chestplate has already had plays on 1xtra, Rinse FM, Mode FM, Radar Radio with support from Spooky, Trends, Tiatsim, Unique & Scope.

This is followed up by Immortal which is a vocal track Featuring Nico Lindsay, Capo Lee, Merky ACE & Blay. Immortal is a hard hitting Grime banger with all the mc's showcasing their lyrical prowess.

Up next is Dartford which is a hard Grime instrumental which will definitely have MC's scrambling for the mic for this on sets.

Rounding up the EP is J Beatz's remix of Drunk originally by the production duo Audio Slugs. The track has a dark and moody tone with wavy ambient elements with the space perfect for any MC.
