Playgrounds by Danny Cavasos

This album contains featured artist performances over three backing tracks that are found on my Backgrounds EP. My original focus was the ensemble performances. However, it is sometimes challenging to get a group of working musicians in the studio together to record a live group performance. The solution was to have each featured artist perform song length solos and use the magic of digital editing to create an ensemble performance. However, three songs is a rather short album. Additionally, I felt that the song length solos had a character and quality of their own that made them worthy of release and added them to this album. Enjoy!
