Game Over by The Spirit Award

Recorded in the Spring of 2003 on a Tascam 4-track and a Casiotone MT-70. Instrumental lo-fi indie pop. I guess.

This album started the idea that I could record music on my own and release it.

Following a break up in 2003, Darrel Smith Jr. retreated to his childhood bedroom where he spent hours creating instrumental tracks with a 4-track and old Casio.

After joining several bands in the spring of 2003, he continued writing and recording new songs. He learned new instruments and branched off into other genres.
