screams and tears highballs and laughter never in on the joke
we were tripping the era fantastic simultaneously drastic
spending my allowance on SuperElasticBubble Plastic
and dreaming of a time I wouldn't feel this old

people fighting the long standing institutions
people seeking their collective retributions
in our eternal search for CONFLICT RESOLUTION

evolution
total confusion
retribution
violence is no solution
ignorance and apathy maybe for you but not for me
there's got to be a way
