Riverfall Magic from Irish Folk by Derek & Brandon Fiechter

Medieval Irish music about a magical river in a hidden village which is secretly training some of its young men and woman to become archers, warriors, and knights, because there is a prophecy that says a mythical band of trolls will invade the village before the years end.

Those who drink of the water in the river become much stronger and faster and are able to do humanly impossible feats like jumping fifteen feet in the air or breathing underwater.
