The music of Munich bass player Jerker Kluge is deeply rooted in the jazz music of the 1960ies, as released on legendary labels “Impulse” and “Blue Note”.
The core is the spiritual and modal jazz from this era, but of course Kluge´s own musical ideas and influences are added, creating a very own musical cosmos, that is additionally spiced by the individual talents of the involved musicians.
