overDUBB by Durham University Big Band
'overDUBB' was born out of a desire to spend some time in the studio recording the winning entry to the 2014 Durham Distillery Composition Prize, 'Homage' written by JJ Wheeler. It spiralled and we soon had an 8 track album which features many contemporary tunes and arrangements, from band members and young composers, some never recorded before, echoing our reputation as a band that constantly strives to do more with the genre.
