Eagle and Talon's 'In Manila' EP covers a lot of new ground for the duo. The exotic ride begins with the organ instrumental "I Want Everything." Title track "In Manila" (feat. guest vocals by comedian/musician Reggie Watts) crashes in on the reverie with a propulsive beat, packing infectious hooks into a quasi-Caribbean party. "Ruen Pair" envisions the duo as Enya on Halloween, while "Modified My Knife" brings back the ferocious guitars and drums from 2009's THRACIAN. The EP closes with "For The Bond," a jazz-disco anthem.
