Gli Egon nascono nel 2015 a Sassari, nel nord Sardegna, il loro nome è ispirato al pittore espressionista austriaco Egon Schiele e alle sue opere, la loro musica si colora di sfumature dark, noise e folk con trame e gradazioni di black e doom.
Egon è oscurità luminescente, pregnante di sonorità elettriche, che si nutre di luce per alleviare il buio e urla al cielo per capovolgerlo alla terra.
