Distorted by Albert Salvatierra ___ ( + Dj Shufflemaster Rmx )
Distorted is a heavy and raw release that provides four original tracks composed by Albert Salvatierra, plus a strong remix by the iconic japanese artist DJ Shufflemaster.
The EP starts with the track "A Nice Place", a deep and hypnotic track with a powerfull low-end that leads us to a vast and peaceful soundscape.
The second one, "Coldness" is a raw, rude and straight for the jugular track and precedes "Distorted", with a similar base, but that increases the tension thanks to a dissonant chord and a hi-hat composition reminiscent of a clock.
Continuing, the DJ Shufflemaster's remix of Distorted, provide us a new vision of the track, with a deeper bassline and a not than percutive composition, hypnotizing us with noisy hats and atmospheres.
Finally, "Self Confidence" is the last of the EP. With a groovy bassline, a narcotic melody and a classic kick, the track take us to the old school to close this reference.
