Isgekle from Stylin' 1000 by Ndabo Zulu & Umgidi Ensemble
Ndabo Zulu is a South African trumpeter who is working here with Nduduzo Makhathini and Linda Sikhakhane (both featured on previous Stylin' comps). 'Isgekle' is taken from the album 'Queen Nandi: The African Symphony', produced by Derrick Hodge, the Blue Note recording artist who has twice been a guest on Stylin' when visiting for the Melbourne International Jazz Festival with the Robert Glasper Experiment and his own group.
