A local Tucson newspaper is reporting that Arizona Congresswoman Gabby-- Gabrielle Giffords has been shot while holding a public event in Tucson outside a grocery store. Possibly as many as 12 others have been rushed to an area hospital. We're now learning that three members of Gabrielle Giffords' staff were among those wounded and rushed to University Medical Center in Tucson.
-Does he have an arrest record? They've had him for over an hour now.
