Knave by Florist Tyrell

A blend of video game synths and dream pop vocals, "Knave" is the first in a planned set of EPs that explore different genres and themes, each featuring its own central character and story.

This one was influenced by classic JRPGs. I wanted warm and angular arpeggios with hazy washed-out vocals. It jumps around genre-wise but stays unified by that sonic palette. Knave is about someone who flees from human contact to keep themselves safe.
