Japanese native Aono Hirobumi creates walls of synth noise awash in field recordings that go from silence to violence in a matter of seconds. Permeating the sound wall are fragile loops of beauty and decaying ambience that make the noise reminiscent of artists like Jefre Cantu Ledesma. 'Summer Wars' is a 28 minute collage of beauty and stagnation documenting the artist's memories of the recent passing summer.
