Whitelands by Whitelands

Whitelands was created by lead singer and guitarist; Etienne Quartey-Papafio in 2017, later joined by drummer; Jagun Meseorisa and bassist; Edward Coma.

The project's first gig was at First Timers 2017 at DIY Space For London, a two day festival run by volunteers where every band involved plays their first set.

Built on foundations of post-rock, midwest-emo, and experimental music influences, this diverse palette has allowed their songs to each have more of a life of their own rather than being tied to one specific genre.
