Frank Summa is a music lover, he dabbles in all sorts of genres and instruments. This is his first real metal album. Perceptions of Fate was just an idea a few years ago, and with learning how to record and master his own music he made Last Theater. With no background in vocals or recording it's safe to say it's good enough to put on a record.
