Gerry Lane is revisiting the music of his old band from Ireland “DRIVESHAFT” on his new album BLOODLINE (The music of Driveshaft revisited)
DRIVESHAFT was one of the great classic rock bands to come out of the Cork area in the 1980’s. They toured extensively in Ireland and England playing their own headlining shows in the Marque Club London, The Hippodrome London etc, and also supporting visiting international acts like; Rory Gallagher, Phil Lynott’s Grand Slam, Saxon, Def Leppard, MSG.
Wolfy Ziegler (from Heidelberg Germany) plays bass guitar on all of the tracks on the album.
