Pestilence Crowned by Grave Gnosis

PESTILENCE CROWNED, the third full length album by the cult of Grave Gnosis is the immediate thematic follow-up to the band's second full length, Lux Nigredo, which was released in 2021. This newest release approaches the band's signature psychedelic form of Black Metal with a musical pallet that is both expanded and refined. Pushing boundaries of genre and expression through paradoxal compositions and emotionally charged melodies.

As with previous releases, the theme of the album borrows heavily from the Occult grimoire 'Codex Aversum', penned by the band's frontman Caine Del Sol aka Ø, and published through infamous occult publisher 'Aeon Sophia Press'. Sinister formulas are woven through both music and lyrics to call forth the presence of the Ennead of Vedantic Nihilism, while weaving a tale of rituals gone progressively and disastrously wrong...
