The fairest of them all
The loudest, too
She wakes up with a smile
And then she tells the world to do-da-dee
Unique
The way she ought to be
She makes me weak
I crave for her attention
It’s supposed to be the other way around
She’s learned another word
Repeating what she heard
She built a boat the other day
So smart!
She doesn’t seem to like trains

Once upon a time
She was born into a world she would soon call ‘mine’
Free and easy
Colorful she shines her light and brightens up the days

Just watch her
Concentrated, focussed, now
She’s filling up a box with all things she can fit in
She builds an empire only she can fully understand
The world is hers and time is on her hands
Nothing is obligated
Toys investigated

And before she goes to sleep
She’s staring in the distance
There’s a whale she likes to keep real close
But sleep is for the weak

Just another round
Born into a world where all things lost can still be found
Colorful she shines her light and lights up every day

Now night falls down
She’s lying safe and sound
It’s quiet all around
