Virtuoso by Justin Haynes
Loose, spontaneous, deconstructionist and unedited solo guitar versions of songs by Stephen Parkinson originally composed for the Ryan Driver Quintet which released an album of the entire songbook in 2014 on Tin Angel/Barnyard Records. This recording is Inspired by the 1970's solo guitar "Virtuoso" albums of Joe Pass (Pablo Records) subverted by time, space and a disquiet mind.
