Sound Bath by Heart House

The boulder rolls down the hill, and so we heave it back up day after day. On some days, the sun shines, even if only in our hearts, and it is a pleasure to move stone.

On other days, we struggle to find the color, to offer ourselves love, to be with what is in a way that feels easy or orderly or peaceful. Our bodies and our spirits request rest and a sense of home in our experience.

Kylie and I offer a monthly sound bath, an opportunity to softly, kindly come home to yourself, to arrive gently in the warm embrace of presence, and to sit in loving intimacy with your alive and breathing heart.

We'll lead you in a meditation and gentle somatic movement to prepare you for the sound bath, which will be a bed of sound bowls and deep healing theta and delta tones, blankets of bowed bells and strings, and a plush vibraphone pillow to cushion your head.

After the sound bath, we have art supplies and herbal tea. It'll be a space for reflection, digestion, and being with your experience.
