Euphoria's Dreams by Herb Leff
The album title comes from a kinetic reflective sculpture (used in the cover photo) I made in 1999. This work remains one of my favorite personal artistic creations ever and was meant to convey and evoke a sense of peace, mystery, and fantasy. Each musical selection here is intended to do the same.
My instruments included mainly my entire "metal studio" setup:(vibraphone + crotales set, dozens of singing bowls and hanging chimes, metal and wood lamellophones, several gongs, and various unique metal percussion instruments), along with the wide array of electronic instruments and sound processors housed in my "e-studio."
