monday from zulued by honest archie

i wanna lay down like a hundred dollars on the sidewalk for anyone to find but when im laying down after i take my medicine i just cant sleep with this on my mind now there are blackened circles around my eyes and they whisper slowly that back in high school they never told us our lives would be so demanding and its only monday i once knew twin sisters that were so alike in many ways but as years went by my mind was changed as i recall it was the winter of 2009 on the concrete floor of that old rehearsal space i saw you sitting on the floor with your legs crossed and you were drawing a picture back in high school they never told us our lives would be so boring and just for five minutes i would love to go back to robbys car or your dads old house but unfortunately its only monday
