Hailing from Tokyo, Japan, Shifting Gears (aka Hoshina Anniversary) returns to toucan sounds for his second release on the label, 'Sky Disco.' In it, he uses traditional Japanese Instrumentation, Jazz, Hard Bop, with House & Techno inspired club-not-club tracks for late nights and early mornings.
