"CELLPH# ABUSE is a compilation of recordings done entirely on cell phones. The idea behind this was to create a platform for everyone to contribute, whether you were in a band or not, with technology most people already have available to them. There were no genre restrictions, so people were free to record whatever they wanted as long as it was 30 seconds or less."
